AI filters out spam, spots real inquiries, and extracts the order data from the email, even from PDF attachments. The inquiry can come in any language and in any shape — nobody fills in a form. No copy-paste, no missed requests.
The route is calculated for a truck, not a car — on eighteen tonnes that is not the same number. You see the kilometres, the driving time, and the tolls broken down country by country. Below that you see what the load is, what truck it needs, and when it has to be there. The price is filled in by your dispatcher, because the rates are his.
The moment you fill in the price, a reply is waiting as a draft in Gmail, quote attached, in whatever language your customer wrote in. You open it, change anything you want, and send it yourself. Nothing goes to your customer without you. And if the draft sits there, it reminds you — and keeps reminding you until the reply is out.
One screen shows which inquiries are still waiting for a price and which have gone out. If you are not the one answering, you do not have to ask anybody where things stand.
