I build the system that does it instead. Freight forwarding. Fixed price from €950, live in 3–12 working days, on a dedicated EU instance that becomes yours at handover.
Fixed prices, from €950. No sales call.
Working build
Freight quoting: inquiry arrives →data pulled out →distance and tolls calculated →dispatcher fills in the price →the reply is waiting in Gmail
Watch the 3-minute walkthrough →Teams like yours lose 60+ hours a month to tasks that should take seconds. That is roughly €1,500 to €2,500 in salary, before you count the cost of errors.
Your forwarder copies every inquiry from email into a spreadsheet, then works out kilometres and tolls by hand. By the time that is done, a competitor has already sent their quote.
This is exactly what I fix. In days, not months.
Everything connected, everything automated. Your team spends its day on decisions instead of data entry.
Lead intake and quote preparation, handled end to end on your own instance in the EU. No per-task fees, no babysitting, running around the clock.
Inquiries, candidates or leads, whatever you run, updating in real time. Shareable read-only, so your team needs no login.
Approvals, status changes and hot-lead pings straight to Telegram or WhatsApp. Nothing new for anyone to learn.
Production-ready blueprints, running on the stack every project ships on.
Built so your forwarder stops retyping emails into spreadsheets.
Watch the 3-minute walkthrough →One number agreed up front, a dedicated instance, your own code, and one person responsible for all of it. No account managers, no handoffs, no bloat.
| Agency | BILAK.MK | |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds it | Account manager plus junior dev | Me, personally |
| Price | €5,000 to €25,000+ | From €950, agreed in writing |
| Timeline | 2 to 4 months | 3–12 working days |
| Where it runs | Their cloud, their rules | A dedicated instance in Germany, yours at handover |
| Who owns the code | They do | You do, from day one |
| Credentials and data | Held by the agency | Handed to you at delivery |
| Communication | Via account manager | Direct, replies usually within a few hours |
Agency figures reflect typical EU automation and system-integration project pricing and timelines. Public market ranges, not numbers picked to look good.
No long intake forms, just a few fields. Three steps, and you know the price before the second one ends.
You describe your business and your problem, and leave a WhatsApp number or an email. I come back the same day telling you whether it is worth automating and roughly what it costs.
Days 1 to 2. If it is worth automating, I send you the terms: which package covers it, what the system will do, and the exact price. You approve, pay the deposit, give me access, and that is when I start.
3–12 working days from the deposit. I build with Loom updates at each milestone. We test together, you pay the remaining 50%, then we go live. You get full docs, every credential, and a walkthrough video. The guarantee starts here.
Fixed scope, one number. You know exactly what you get before paying a cent.
One focused automation that removes your single biggest time-waster.
A complete automation system. The "it just runs" package.
Your system just works. No thinking, no downtime.
You send the form, I scope it in 1–2 days, you pay the deposit, and the build takes 3–12 working days.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprises, no scope creep, and you own the code and every credential.
If your automation breaks within the guarantee period, I fix it for free. No questions. Quick Win: 14 days. Full System: 30 days.
10,000 workflow runs a month, 5 steps each, typical EU SMB scale
| n8n (self-hosted) | Make (Pro) | Zapier (Professional) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| License cost / year | €0 (Community Edition) | ~€150–300 | ~€3,600 |
| Infrastructure / year | €120–240 (EU VPS) | Cloud only | Cloud only |
| Build cost (one-time) | Your fixed quote | from €1,500 | from €1,200 |
| Total year 1 | ~€1,190 | ~€1,800 | ~€4,800 |
| Per-task fees at scale | None, fixed infrastructure | Yes, per module | Yes, steep |
| Data location | Stays in Germany | Cloud routing | US servers |
| You own the code | Yes, export anytime | No | No |
Read it right: the build is a one-time cost on every option here. The real gap is recurring. n8n on your own server means no license fees, no per-task charges as volume grows, and you keep the code. That is where the 12-month numbers diverge, not the build price.
I'm Maxim. Businesses lose thousands of hours a year to work a computer should be doing, and mostly just live with it.
What gets me is that they've been told automation is complicated and expensive. It's neither. An agency charges €15k, hides the developer behind an account manager, and takes three months. I build the same thing myself, on my own EU infrastructure, in a week.
No subcontractors, no per-task fees, your data never leaves the EU, and you can export the workflows whenever you want. One person who builds it, talks to you directly, and doesn't vanish after the invoice.
Communication: English, Slovak, Czech, Ukrainian.
Everything listed in the terms I send you before you pay: the n8n workflow, integrations, database or bot if included, error handling, hosting, a Loom video walkthrough and the free-fix guarantee period. No surprise invoices. If something takes longer than I estimated, that is my cost, not yours.
Fair question for a solo operator, so here is the honest answer. You own everything from day one: the workflow JSON, the code, the database and every credential. Nothing is locked to me. Your system can move to your own server and run without my involvement, every build ships with documentation and a handover, and any n8n developer can maintain it.
If it involves moving, transforming or triggering data between digital tools, almost certainly yes. Common examples: lead intake from forms or email into a CRM with a Telegram alert, turning freight inquiries into a ready quote, invoice processing, onboarding workflows, report generation. If you are not sure, describe it in the form and I will tell you what is possible and what it would cost.
Everything runs on Hetzner servers in Germany. n8n is self-hosted, so your data never passes through Zapier's, Make's or any other third-party cloud. Most US-based tools route data through American infrastructure; here it never leaves the EU.
Yes. You get all credentials, the workflow JSON export, database access and server access. If you ever want to move to a different provider or run it yourself, I will help with that.
It stays on my server for as long as I have to touch it: the build, then the guarantee period. Two weeks before it ends I tell you and send a full export on request. You then either move to your own server, which I help with, or take the €250/mo Support plan and it stays where it is. Nothing is deleted by surprise, nothing is locked to me.
During the build I am the only one with access, and that access is revocable. After handover every key and login is yours and I step out, unless you are on a retainer. Traffic runs over TLS, data is encrypted at rest, credentials are stored encrypted rather than in plain text, and backups run automatically every day. Your stack runs on a dedicated instance, not a shared multi-tenant box next to a thousand other companies.
Yes. Where a build means I process personal data on your behalf, you are the controller and I act as processor under Article 28. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request and is usually signed alongside the project agreement. Ask for it in the form and I will send it with the scope document.
Send me the process you want gone. I reply with a scope, a fixed price and a timeline.
