Everything listed in the scope document I send you before work starts. The n8n workflow, integrations, database or bot if included, error handling, EU hosting (Hetzner), Loom video walkthrough, and the free-fix guarantee period. No surprise invoices. If something takes longer than estimated on my end — that's my cost, not yours.

Fair question for a solo operator — so here's the honest answer. You own everything from day one: the n8n workflow JSON, the code, the database and all server access. Nothing is locked to me. Your system runs on your own server without my involvement, every build ships with documentation and a handover, and any n8n developer can maintain it. You're never dependent on me to keep things running.

If it involves moving, transforming, or triggering data between digital tools — almost certainly yes. Common examples: lead intake from forms or email → CRM + Telegram alert, CV parsing + candidate routing, shipment status → alerts + dashboard, invoice processing, onboarding workflows, report generation. If you're not sure — fill the form and describe it. I'll tell you what's possible and what it would cost.

Everything runs on Hetzner servers in Germany (EU). n8n is self-hosted — your data never passes through Zapier's, Make's, or any other third-party cloud. Most US-based tools route your data through American infrastructure (subject to laws like FISA 702); here it never leaves the EU. GDPR-compliant by design. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

Yes. You get all credentials, the n8n workflow JSON export, database access, and server access (if hosted for you). Everything that's yours, you take. If you ever want to move to a different provider or run it yourself — I'll help with that. 14-day data export guaranteed if you decide to leave.

For HR and lead data especially, "GDPR-compliant" shouldn't be a sticker. Here's the actual setup behind it.

EU servers only

Everything runs on Hetzner in Germany. Your data physically stays in the EU — it never routes through Zapier's, Make's, or any US cloud.

Daily backups

Automated, encrypted daily backups. A bad deploy or a hardware fault never turns into lost orders, CVs or leads.

Encrypted in transit & at rest

TLS everywhere, encryption at rest. API keys and credentials are stored encrypted — never sitting in plain text.

Controlled, revocable access

During the build I'm the only one with access, and it's revocable. After handover, every key and login is yours — I step out, unless you're on a retainer.

Self-hosted, not shared

Your stack runs on your own instance — not a multi-tenant SaaS box where your data sits next to a thousand other companies'.

Exportable, no lock-in

Full export any time, in a readable format. If you ever leave, you take the workflows, the database and the code — all of it.
